After the success of the previous editions, the Neff Masterclass series of events could not fail to resume . On March 26th in Milan Michele Lazzerini  explained how to make cooking ‘unconventional’. The new Neff chef ambassador, after 9 years at Sant Hubertus, has returned to his Val Seriana to create Contrada Bricconi, the 4.0 agricultural company awarded with a Michelin star.

The date of the next events is yet to be defined: Beer tasting with Francesco Selicato to experience the best combinations between food and beer and refine the palate to learn to recognize a quality beer through a tasting session.

Luna, founder of ‘Misalù Dress Up Your Table’ will help you dress the table in perfect harmony with your personal style by playing with colors and patterns, to give a modern and original touch to the mise-en-place

Literally ‘with his hands in the dough’, Manuel Carbon, the renowned Genoese baker, will host a Masterclass dedicated to modern bread-making.

The last two Christmas events are: the Panettone academy with Giovanni Giberti who will teach the perfect recipe for making a perfect panettone at home, but you will also discover creative ways to recycle it after the holidays. Giovanni Giberti is the founder of Pavé. The Milanese pastry shop has established itself for its panettone, one of the best in Italy.

Lastly Let’s Christmas: Amanda Deni. Lifestyle blogger with a creative and multifaceted soul, she deals with home decor, gardening, cooking, DIY and will teach how to personalize gifts with original packages and decorations that will make the holiday table unique.
